Terms of Service

1. About Vekiva

Vekiva ("Vekiva", "we", "us") provides a web-based flowchart and diagramming application that lets you create, edit, store, and share diagrams, with optional AI assistance. The service is delivered entirely online at vekiva.com — there is nothing to ship and no physical product.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Vekiva.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

3. Plans and billing

• Free — $0. Up to 2 diagrams, full editor, cloud autosave. You may connect your own AI provider key.
• Base — $2.99 per month (USD). Unlimited diagrams, projects and folders. You may connect your own AI provider key.
• Pro — $5.99 per month (USD). Everything in Base plus built-in AI, including image-aware AI, subject to fair use limits described below.

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is taken at the start of each billing period through our payment processor. Access to paid features starts immediately after a successful payment. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your location.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens after you cancel.

4. Fair use of built-in AI

Built-in AI on the Pro plan is described as unlimited subject to fair use. In practice this means up to 500 AI requests per calendar month, a maximum of 10 requests per minute, and up to 30 image-based requests per month. If you reach a limit you will see a clear message and the date the limit resets. Requests made with your own AI provider key are not counted.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the diagrams, text, and images you create or upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display that content so the service can work for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload anything you put on a board.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vekiva to:

• break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
• upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written permission;
• attempt to bypass plan limits or automated usage controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. Availability

We work to keep Vekiva available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
