What Vekiva is
Vekiva is a web-based flowchart and diagramming tool. You sketch processes, system architectures, and ideas on a fast dark canvas, and optional AI assistance helps generate, rename, and tidy your diagrams. Everything runs in your browser at vekiva.com and autosaves to your account.

Email support@vekiva.com for anything — account access, a diagram that won't load, an AI feature behaving oddly, or a billing question.
We reply within one business day. To help us move faster, include the email address on your account and, where relevant, the name of the diagram involved.
Common questions
- How do I change plan? Sign in, open Settings from the projects sidebar, and use the Subscription tab.
- How do I cancel? See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Can I use my own AI key? Yes — Settings → AI. Requests made with your own key are not counted against built-in limits.
- How do I delete my account? Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your diagrams.
