Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

Vekiva Base ($2.99/month) and Pro ($5.99/month) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. You can cancel whenever you like — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

What happens when you cancel

• Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• You are not charged again after that date.
• Your account then returns to the Free plan. Your diagrams are kept; if you have more than the Free plan's 2 diagrams, existing ones stay readable but you will not be able to create new ones until you subscribe again.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately and continues through the period you paid for, payments already taken are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate partial months.

We do make exceptions for genuine problems — a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a payment you did not authorise. Email support@vekiva.com with the date and amount and we will review it promptly. Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right to a refund, that law applies.

How to cancel

1. Sign in at vekiva.com.
2. Open Settings from the bottom of the projects sidebar.
3. Go to the Subscription tab.
4. Choose "Manage billing" and cancel your plan there.

If you cannot reach the billing page for any reason, email support@vekiva.com and we will cancel it for you.
